  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Dog walks, dog hikes, and cat visits must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Dog sittings must be cancelled more than 14 days in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee and more than 7 days in advance to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Holiday weeks (July 4th, Labor Day , Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas/NYE, New Years Day) must be cancelled more than 30 days in advance to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. A deposit is due at the time of booking a dog sitting equal to 50% of the total cost. All dog walking packages are 100% non-refundable once purchased.

  • DISCLAIMERS: Please be aware that foxtails, coyotes, and rattlesnakes may be present during walks or hikes. While every reasonable precaution is taken to protect your dog, including supervision, route planning, and hazard avoidance, there is always some level of inherent risk when dogs are outdoors in natural environments. Your dog will be 100% supervised at the dog park, and their safety is always a top priority.

    By allowing your dog(s) to participate in walks, hikes, or dog park visits, you acknowledge and accept all potential risks involved.

  • LIABILITY WAIVER: You, as the client, agree to release and hold harmless Prestige Paw Walks LLC its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise from participation in these activities, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss.
